# Is there a smartphone app for Android or iPhone?

## Why this feature is needed

Many users want to participate in [Accept Mission](https://www.acceptmission.com/ar/encyclopedia/accept-mission/) while they are away from their desk. This is especially useful for participants who want to join missions, submit ideas, comment on ideas, upload photos, or add attachments directly from their mobile device.

This mobile access also helps administrators stay involved when they are not on a desktop. Most daily actions can be done on a phone, while some advanced administrative tasks are still easier to manage on a larger screen.

## What this feature is

[Accept Mission](https://www.acceptmission.com/ar/encyclopedia/accept-mission/) can be used on both iPhone and Android devices. The platform works on mobile phones so users can participate in missions and idea activities from their browser. You can also add [Accept Mission](https://www.acceptmission.com/ar/encyclopedia/accept-mission/) to your home screen so it behaves like an app on your device.

For participants, the mobile experience supports the full participation flow. For administrators, most operational work can also be done on mobile, but some advanced configuration or detailed management tasks are better handled on desktop.

## How to use this feature

On a mobile phone, [Accept Mission](https://www.acceptmission.com/ar/encyclopedia/accept-mission/) allows users to participate in innovation activities in the same environment they use on desktop. Participants can join missions, add ideas, like and comment on ideas, upload photos, and attach files.

Administrators can also work on mobile for many common actions. In practice, participants can fully use the platform on mobile phones, while administrators can do most of their work on mobile. Some advanced administrative actions are less practical on a small screen and are better completed on desktop.

## Practical example – Innovationlands

At Innovationlands, park employees use [Accept Mission](https://www.acceptmission.com/ar/encyclopedia/accept-mission/) on their phones to contribute ideas during the workday. A ride operator at Innovationlands World notices that guests are regularly confused about queue directions near a popular attraction. The employee opens [Accept Mission](https://www.acceptmission.com/ar/encyclopedia/accept-mission/) on an iPhone, joins the active guest experience [Mission](https://www.acceptmission.com/ar/encyclopedia/mission/), submits the idea, adds a photo of the location, and attaches a short explanation.

The idea enters the correct submission flow and can then be reviewed in the structured funnel by the innovation team. Team members can comment on the idea from mobile, while power users later assess it on desktop using scoring logic and [Decision](https://www.acceptmission.com/ar/encyclopedia/decision/) steps before moving it forward toward validation or project transition.
