# Accept Mission company story

[Accept Mission](https://www.acceptmission.com/de/encyclopedia/accept-mission/) was founded in 2010 in the Netherlands. From day one, our work centered on how innovators think, collaborate, and create change inside real organizations.

We saw that innovation teams face the same obstacles across industries. Work becomes scattered. Stakeholders enter late. Priorities shift. Decisions feel subjective. Implementation is slow. The outcome is predictable: momentum drops, and leadership struggles to see measurable progress.

That is where our path became clear. Innovation needs an end to end workflow that creates structure and transparency across the innovation journey. It needs consistent evaluation criteria, clear ownership, and reporting that shows what moved forward and why.
