# Enrichment score

## Why this feature is needed

When a funnel contains many ideas, teams need a quick way to see which ideas are already complete enough for evaluation and which ideas still need more context. Without this overview, it is harder to know where enrichment work is still needed.

The Enrichment score filter helps power users and admins identify ideas that are fully enriched, partly enriched, or still low on content quality. This supports faster follow-up and better preparation for scoring and [Decision](https://www.acceptmission.com/de/encyclopedia/decision/)-making.

## What this feature is

Enrichment score is a funnel-level score view that shows how complete an idea is filled in. The more complete the idea, the higher the enrichment score.

This score is based on the presence and quality of important idea elements such as the title, custom image, description, tags, and properties. It is a weighted score from 0 to 100.

Within the funnel filters panel, the Enrichment score filter helps group ideas into **Select all**, **Fully enriched**, **Medium enriched**, and **Low enriched**. This makes it easier to see which ideas are ready for evaluation and which ideas still need improvement.

## Access level

You need access to the relevant funnel in the Innovation Studio to use the Enrichment score filter.

## Navigation path

## How to use this feature

The Enrichment score filter is used directly from the funnel view. It helps you identify ideas based on how complete they are, so you can quickly focus on ideas that still need enrichment or review ideas that are already well prepared.

This is useful before scoring, during hygiene review, and when preparing a shortlist for a [Decision](https://www.acceptmission.com/de/encyclopedia/decision/) round.

### Step by step instructions

1. Open **Innovation Studio**.
2. Go to **Funnels**.
3. Open the funnel you want to review.
4. Click **Filters**.
5. In the filters panel, open **Enrichment**.
6. Select one of the available filter options: **Select all**, **Fully enriched**, **Medium enriched**, or **Low enriched**.
7. Review the filtered set of ideas in the funnel.
8. Adjust the filter when you want to switch between different enrichment levels.

## What the enrichment score is based on

The Enrichment score reflects how complete an idea is based on important idea elements. The score becomes higher when more of these elements are filled in well.

- **Length of the title**
- **Custom image**
- **Long description**
- **Tags**
- **Properties filled in**

Because the score is weighted, some parts can contribute more strongly than others depending on the setup and completeness of the idea.

## Available filter options

### Select all

Shows all ideas in the funnel regardless of enrichment level.

### Fully enriched

Shows ideas that are highly complete and usually ready for clearer review, scoring, or selection.

### Medium enriched

Shows ideas that contain a reasonable level of detail but may still need extra context before formal evaluation.

### Low enriched

Shows ideas that still need more work. This is useful as a practical to-do list for enrichment and follow-up.

## How this helps in funnel management

The Enrichment score filter helps teams organize follow-up work without opening every idea individually. It makes it easier to see which ideas are already complete enough to score and which ideas still need better descriptions, tags, images, or [Property](https://www.acceptmission.com/de/encyclopedia/property/) data.

This helps keep the funnel clean and supports a more consistent evaluation process.

## Configuration and adjustments

The Enrichment score filter is available directly in the funnel filters panel. It does not require separate setup in the funnel view itself, but it depends on the information users add to ideas and on the properties that are active in the funnel.

If many ideas remain low enriched, review whether the funnel requires the right fields and whether contributors have enough guidance to complete their submissions properly. You can also review properties and idea structure to make enrichment expectations clearer.

Use this filter together with other funnel filters when you want to narrow the review to a specific set of ideas, such as one [Lane](https://www.acceptmission.com/de/encyclopedia/lane/), one owner, or one strategic theme combined with an enrichment level.

## Practical example – Innovationlands

Innovationlands is preparing for a review session in its New attractions funnel. Before the scoring round starts, the innovation team wants to make sure the shortlisted ideas contain enough detail to evaluate fairly.

The reviewer opens the funnel, clicks **Filters**, and expands **Enrichment**. First, they use **Low enriched** to identify ideas that still need better descriptions, missing tags, or incomplete properties. After the enrichment work is done, they switch to **Fully enriched** to review the ideas that are ready for scoring.

This helps Innovationlands focus its preparation work, improve idea quality before evaluation, and move stronger ideas into the next [Decision](https://www.acceptmission.com/de/encyclopedia/decision/) step with better supporting information.
