Innovation Scoping canvas
The Innovation Scoping Canvas will help you to build a clear definition of what innovation is, and what it’s not. Most organisations use innovation for everything that is new or maybe to define things that are disruptive.
Sprint Briefing canvas
Before you start the Innovation Sprint it’s necessary to be well prepared. Therefore, it’s important to use this Sprint Briefing Canvas, which explains: how you solve the challenge in the sprint, the sprint plan and the risks involved.
Innovation Team canvas
The Innovation Team Canvas helps team members to share common values, establish a clear team goal and initiate actions that are necessary to be a successful team.
Innovation F* up canvas
The Innovation F* up canvas is where you write down all the mistakes the innovation team has made within a project. It’s important to generate a trustworthy, safe and transparent environment for all team members.
Problem canvas
The Problem Canvas describes the current state, target groups, problemsand possible solution areas (don’t describe specific solutions). The clearerthe problem is stated, the easier it is to findthe correct solution.
Solution canvas
The Solution Canvas describes the concept of a solution. A concept is a specific idea abouthow something should work and/or what it should look like. This also includes the problem you would like to solve, the goals and the expected outcome.
Solution Overview canvas
The Solution Overview Canvas shows the top three possible solutions, which are selected in the Sprint Model in step 3, Solution Finding: selection. Afterwards, the ideas become concepts that can be taken down in a design or infographic..
Experiment canvas
The Experiment Canvas shows what solution you want to experiment with and what the actual results are. The goal is to collect enough proof that your solution is achievable for your organisation and valuable to both your organisation and the customer/end user.
Validation canvas
The Validation Canvas reveals what the riskiest assumptions of a problem or solution are and how you can test/validate it and include the results. When an assumption is risky; your solution will fail if the assumption isn’t correct.
Persona canvas
A Persona Canvas is useful to describe 1 persona. Defining personas for an organization and/or a product can help you to target the processes and the communication better in this target group.
Value Proposition canvas
A Value Proposition Canvas gives you a simple way to understand your customers’ needs, and to design products and services they want. It works in conjunction with the Business Model Canvas and helps you to build a product proposition.
Value Proposition Result canvas
If you build the Value Proposition Canvas then you need to finalise the result in something you can communicate. See the Value Proposition Result Canvas as the packaging of a product.
