# Acceptable Use and Service Specific Terms

Effective date: January 1, 2026

These Acceptable Use and Service Specific Terms (“AUP”) define permitted and prohibited uses of the [Accept Mission](https://www.acceptmission.com/pt/encyclopedia/accept-mission/) software platform and related services (the “Service”). This AUP applies to Customers and all authorized users accessing the Service.

If you do not follow this AUP, we may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service, customers, and users.

## 1) Core principles

You must use the Service:

- Lawfully and in line with applicable regulations
- In a way that respects the rights and safety of others
- Without compromising security, availability, or data integrity
- Without attempting to access data that is not yours or not authorized

## 2) Prohibited uses of the Service

You must not, and must not allow others to:

### A) Illegal, harmful, or abusive activity

- Use the Service for unlawful activity or to promote unlawful activity.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or target individuals or groups.
- Discriminate or incite hatred or violence.
- Use the Service to exploit or harm minors.

### B) Security violations and unauthorized access

- Attempt to access accounts, workspaces, Missions, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written permission from [Accept Mission](https://www.acceptmission.com/pt/encyclopedia/accept-mission/).
- Bypass authentication, authorization, or access controls.
- Introduce malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code.
- Use the Service to facilitate phishing, credential theft, or fraud.

### C) Service disruption and abuse

- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by denial-of-service behavior, excessive automation, or abusive traffic.
- Use scraping or automated extraction that degrades performance, violates permissions, or circumvents rate limits.
- Use the Service to generate or distribute spam.

### D) Infringement and misuse of content

- Upload, share, or distribute content that infringes intellectual [Property](https://www.acceptmission.com/pt/encyclopedia/property/) rights or confidentiality obligations.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use or share.
- Circumvent content access restrictions or export restrictions set by the Customer.

### E) Misrepresentation

- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Impersonate [Accept Mission](https://www.acceptmission.com/pt/encyclopedia/accept-mission/), another customer, another user, or a third party.

## 3) Customer Data and user content responsibilities

The Service enables users to submit content such as ideas, comments, attachments, documents, links, and other materials (“Customer Data”).

- Customers and authorized users are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of Customer Data they submit.
- Customers are responsible for configuring permissions, roles, access policies, and retention settings in their workspace.
- You must not upload highly sensitive personal data unless your organization has assessed and approved that use case and configured appropriate access controls.

## 4) AI features and AI assisted workflows

The Service may include AI features (for example AI assistants that support enrichment, clustering, summarization, evaluation support, or insight generation).

### A) Acceptable use for AI features

You must not use AI features to:

- Generate or facilitate wrongdoing, including fraud, phishing, hacking, or malware.
- Generate targeted harassment, threats, or discrimination.
- Create or distribute deceptive content intended to mislead others about identity, source, or authority.
- Process personal data in a way that violates applicable law or your organization’s policies.

### B) Input rules

- Do not submit personal data or confidential data into AI features unless your organization has authorized it and you have a valid business purpose.
- Do not submit third-party confidential information unless you have the right to use it.

### C) Output rules and human control

AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them for decisions, reports, evaluations, or external communications.

Customers remain responsible for evaluation decisions and governance. AI strengthens workflows but does not replace human judgment.

### D) Attempts to compromise AI features

You must not:

- Attempt to bypass safety controls.
- Attempt to extract system prompts, internal instructions, models, or training data.
- Use AI features to infer or obtain personal data about others without authorization.

## 5) API terms and automation

If the Customer uses APIs, integrations, or automation features, the following applies:

- Use APIs only with valid credentials issued for the Customer workspace.
- Do not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code.
- Follow documented rate limits and usage limits.
- Do not use the API to circumvent permissions, export restrictions, or access controls.
- Do not reverse engineer the Service, attempt to derive source code, or attempt to replicate the Service using automated extraction.

We may throttle, suspend, or revoke API access if usage risks Service stability or violates this AUP.

## 6) Beta features, pilots, and previews

From time to time, [Accept Mission](https://www.acceptmission.com/pt/encyclopedia/accept-mission/) may offer beta features, previews, or pilots.

- Beta features may change, have limited documentation, and may not be suitable for production use.
- We may impose additional limits, monitoring, or access requirements for beta features.
- We may discontinue beta features at any time.

If separate beta or pilot terms are provided for a specific program, those terms apply to that program.

## 7) Confidentiality and workspace access

- Do not share workspace content outside your organization or project unless permitted by the Customer’s settings and policies.
- Do not attempt to access other customers’ workspaces or Missions.
- Respect Customer confidentiality requirements and internal governance.

## 8) Enforcement, suspension, and reporting

### A) Enforcement

If we believe there is a violation of this AUP or a security [Risk](https://www.acceptmission.com/pt/encyclopedia/risk/), we may:

- Restrict or suspend access to all or part of the Service
- Remove or restrict access to content where necessary to protect the Service or users
- Request corrective action before restoring access

We aim to take proportionate action based on severity and [Risk](https://www.acceptmission.com/pt/encyclopedia/risk/).

### B) Reporting misuse and security issues

To report suspected misuse or a vulnerability, contact: security@acceptmission.com

## 9) Order of precedence for multiple terms

If there is a conflict between documents, the following order applies unless a document explicitly states otherwise:

1. Order Form or written commercial agreement (if applicable)
2. SaaS Terms or Customer Agreement
3. This Acceptable Use and Service Specific Terms page
4. Any program specific terms for APIs, beta features, pilots, or previews

## 10) Updates to this AUP

We may update this AUP to reflect changes in the Service, security requirements, or legal obligations. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
