This is useful when an idea, project, or campaign needs a clear visual but no image is available yet. It supports faster content creation and helps keep innovation content visually consistent across the Innovation Portal and Innovation Studio. ## What this feature is Generate images with AI is an AI powered feature that creates images for ideas, projects, and campaigns based on the title and description of the object. The system uses the available text as input and generates a matching image that can be used immediately. This feature is available in places where an image field exists for the object. It supports both participation workflows in the Innovation Portal and management workflows in the Innovation Studio. ## Access level [Normal User](https://www.acceptmission.com/pt/encyclopedia/normal-user/) Prerequisites: - Copilot must be enabled in Application Settings. - Your company must have enough AI credits available. - The idea, project, or campaign must have a title and description with at least 20 words combined. ## Navigation path Navigation path: Innovation Portal → Idea, project, or campaign → Image section Navigation path: Innovation Studio → Funnel or settings item → Idea, project, or campaign → Image section ## How to use this feature The AI uses the title and description of the object to generate a suitable image. If the text is too short, the feature will not work. When an image is generated, [Accept Mission](https://www.acceptmission.com/pt/encyclopedia/accept-mission/) applies it to the object and crops it to fit the available image area. A larger version of the image is retained, so you can adjust the crop afterward. Depending on funnel configuration, image generation may happen automatically or only when triggered manually. ### Step by step instructions 1. Open the idea, project, or campaign you want to update. 2. Check that the title and description together contain at least 20 words. 3. Go to the image area of the object. 4. Click **Generate image with AI**. 5. Wait for the image to be created and applied. 6. Review the generated result. 7. Adjust or crop the image if needed so the most important visual elements remain visible. 8. This determines whether images are created automatically or only when a user triggers the feature manually. ### Available configuration options - **Always generate an image**: every new idea automatically receives an AI generated image. - **Only generate when missing**: the system generates an image only if the idea does not already have one. - **Never generate automatically**: users must trigger image generation manually. These settings affect consistency, user control, and AI credit usage. Automatic generation is useful when you want a visually complete funnel. Manual generation is useful when you want to reduce AI credit consumption or leave image choice to the user. ## Practical example **Innovationlands** launches a campaign for new guest experiences called **Future Attractions**. In the Innovation Portal, an employee submits an idea titled **Interactive virtual ride experience** and adds a detailed description of how visitors could combine physical ride elements with immersive digital effects. Because the title and description contain more than 20 words, the employee can use **Generate image with AI** to create a visual for the idea. The generated image shows a futuristic attraction concept, and the employee adjusts the crop so the ride vehicle remains centered. In Innovation Studio, the funnel for this campaign is configured to generate images automatically when missing. This means other submitted ideas without images also receive visuals. As a result, the funnel stays visually consistent, reviewers can scan ideas more easily, and campaign items are easier to compare during evaluation.
