# SaaS Terms

Effective date: January 1, 2026

These SaaS Terms (the “Terms”) govern the subscription relationship for the [Accept Mission](https://www.acceptmission.com/pt/encyclopedia/accept-mission/) software platform and related services (the “Service”). They apply when a Customer subscribes to and uses the Service.

If you are using only the public website, separate Website Terms of Use apply. If you are using the Service through an organization, your organization is the Customer and controls the workspace.

By signing an Order Form, creating a paid workspace, or using the Service under a Customer subscription, you agree to these Terms.
