Accept Mission is a team where you, as an intern, truly become part of the work. Where other companies might place you in a corner with a boring research assignment, Accept Mission lets you run your own projects. You get a lot of freedom to dive into topics you find interesting and to immediately apply your insights through real projects. The working atmosphere is very open, and your opinion genuinely matters. Your input can easily influence the direction of a project, sometimes even changing the course entirely. 

Product development – What You Will Do 

As a Product Owner intern, you become part of the Product Development team and contribute directly to the evolution of our innovation platform. You don’t sit on the sidelines with a theoretical assignment; you work on real features, workflows, and product decisions. 

You will: 

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear product tasks for the development team 

• Participate in refinement and sprint planning based on our Scrum approach 

• Test new features and improvements across the platform 

• Contribute to the product backlog: from UX improvements to new capabilities 

• Work with real client scenarios and questions to understand how innovators use the platform in practice 

Depending on your study focus and interests, you might also work on other tasks. 

Requirements

You are curious, analytical, and want to see how product decisions create real impact for users. You like structure, but also enjoy exploring new ideas and thinking about better ways to do things. 

You recognize yourself in the following: 

• You are studying in a relevant field (e.g. IT, Business IT, Computer Science, Innovation, or related) 

• You are available for a graduation or regular internship (we’re flexible in duration and start date) 

• You are interested in SaaS products, innovation, and digital workflows 

• You can think in terms of processes and user journeys 

• You communicate clearly, in both Dutch and English 

• You are proactive and take ownership of your work 

You like to see your ideas implemented, not just documented.
