Reflecting on 2024 using the lens of Accept Mission, A Year of Advancement, and Celebrating Progress. As 2024 ends and we enter the new year 2025, it is the ideal moment to look back on the many remarkable milestones and successes we have hit in 2024. It has been an amazing year in which we expanded, introduced new features, and worked with our clients.  It was only possible because of our dearest customers, associates, and teammates.

Straight from newly introduced functionalities designed to inspire action to integration and improvement efforts aimed at changing the game, the following is the best representation of what happened in 2024, and this is what we have to offer in 2025.

Introducing New AI Tools to Reframe Creativity

The introduction of the more sophisticated AI innovation tools in 2024 marked a significant milestone. Based on user feedback, these tools have proved to be very valuable in the innovation efforts of their teams. Among other things, users can now:

• Enrich Ideas: Quickly generate and build ideas using AI prompts.
• Problem finding: Address the main core issues that need intervention and that save time and concentration.
• Develop Innovation Campaign Strategies: Strategize in detail and in a very practical manner where changes are required.
• Perform Maturity Review Assessments: Provide insight into the maturity of a given idea with great accuracy.
• And many more!

Such AI tools have thus helped the innovators to be more rational and faster towards their decisions such that more is being achieved in the innovation management practice.

Launch of the Canvas Builder

This year, we were proud to release a new product—the Canvas Builder—the first of its kind solution for companies to enhance their innovative projects.

• Design and build branded canvases or use ready/installed (templates) canvases.
• Together, we build canvasses for ideas, strategies, and innovation projects.
• Utilize canvases for brainstorming, preparation, and monitoring progress.

There is a reason why Canvas Builder has become a staple for our users: it offers an easy-to-use and visually appealing solution for managing innovation.

Integrations Have Gone to Microsoft Tools

We understand the need to have synergy within your array of tools. Thus, we were very excited to roll out the new links with two very common Microsoft applications:

• Microsoft Teams app – Integration with Teams: Connect and participate in innovation efforts within Teams without exiting the workspace.
• Power Automate Includes Custom workflows, which enhance the outmode of work by managing trigger-based repetitive tasks and allowing more efficient processes, promoting more productive activities.
• Integration with Microsoft Copilot: Connect your innovation software to your Microsoft Copilot environment and make use of the knowledge!

These newly introduced integrations have worked to bring the process even more in line with pre-integrable software closer to innovation management tools.

Enhanced Task Management for Innovations (ideas and projects)

It is often said that Task management of innovation doesn’t cease with generating brilliant ideas. That is why we added an improvement called Task Management this year, which allowed users to:

• Distribute tasks among the members and follow progress.
• Deliver beautiful reports to see progress and get the right updates.
• Establish clear expectations regarding the deliverables and timelines to all (Gantt).

It supports the flow from idea creation to actualization with no hitches, making your projects better and more successful.

A New Design Portal for Innovation

In 2024, our site ‘Innovation Portal’ was redesigned! Thus, the innovative portal received a new look, acquired new social activity tools, and a higher degree of interaction, entertainment, and convenience for its users. Among the main updated functions are:

• A redesigned, user-friendly layout.
• Social Intranet tools that provide for team contribution, feedback, and networking.
• Simplifying navigation so that users can easily locate and distribute content related to innovation.

The improved portal has become a center for inspiration and connection, allowing innovators to interact as never before.

Thank you for such a great year

This year couldn’t have been possible without all of you – our clients, partners, and innovation ambassadors. We have achieved what we have because of your passion, ingenuity, and, first, your collaboration. It has been a joy working with you from the workshops, the training and most importantly the innovation campaigns to help you become the best that you can be as an innovator.

Similarly, special recognition goes to all the new clients who came on board in 2024. We look forward to starting this innovation adventure with you and promise to make every step of the way exciting and fruitful for you.

Ready to rock 2025

Drawing curtains for 2025, doing it together remains the essence of the present effort which is good news for both parties. Some of the things to expect in this regard include:

• First Quarter Updates: General Updates on Funnels and other systems are planned for the first quarter of 2025. These updates will feature notifications and task connections to enhance the user experience.
• Your wish is my command. We also request that you raise your crate and design concerns during the selection sessions and workshops that we run. Your input is more than welcome in this process, and any suggestions on improving the Accept Mission will be extremely well received.

As we commence 2025, it’s only fitting that we share our parting gifts and well wishes with everyone for a year that is shaping up to be positively geared. It is our sincere hope that you and your colleagues will see this as an opportunity to grow in your areas and teams, focusing on innovative work. Of course, we will deliver great content on our blog.
