Why this feature is needed #
In some situations, the Accept Mission interface loads correctly but images do not appear. This is usually caused by cached files in the browser. A hard refresh forces the browser to request the latest image files from the server instead of continuing to use outdated local copies.
This article is useful when screens open normally but visual elements such as images, illustrations, or interface graphics are missing or outdated.
What this feature is #
This is a troubleshooting action for browser caching issues. It does not change anything in Accept Mission itself. Instead, it refreshes the browser session so the platform can load the most recent image files again.
This is relevant when the platform structure is visible but images are not loading as expected.

How to use this feature #
When browser cache is outdated, the page may continue showing old or missing image files. A normal reload may not always fix this. A hard refresh clears the current cached page assets and requests the latest version directly from the server.
Step by step instructions #
- Open the Accept Mission page where images are missing.
- Check whether the rest of the page loads normally, such as menus, text, and buttons.
- Perform a hard refresh using the correct shortcut for your device.
- Wait for the page to reload completely.
- Confirm whether the missing images are now visible.
Windows #
- Hold down Ctrl and click the browser reload button.
- Or hold down Ctrl and press F5.
Mac #
- Hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift.
- Then press R.
Configuration and adjustments #
No configuration inside Accept Mission is required for this action. The Solution is performed in the browser.
If the issue happens repeatedly, make sure your browser is updated to the latest version. Outdated browsers may keep older cached files longer than expected.
Practical example – Innovationlands #
An employee at Innovationlands opens the Innovation Portal to review a campaign about improving queue experiences in Innovationlands World. The page loads, but several campaign images and visual banners do not appear.
The employee performs a hard refresh in the browser. After the page reloads, the latest campaign visuals become visible again. This allows the employee to continue reviewing the campaign content and participate without confusion caused by missing images.
