• Enhancing descriptions with more structured and relevant information
• Suggesting missing details
• Recommending appropriate departments, categories, or fields

This feature is part of the AI capabilities embedded across the innovation workflow, supporting better input and stronger Decision-making. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}

Configuration and adjustments #

The AI Coach behavior depends on:

• Available form fields in the IdeaBox or campaign
• Configured departments, categories, and strategic structure
• AI settings enabled in the platform

The AI Coach dynamically adapts its suggestions based on the fields present in the form. For example, if a department field is available, it will suggest relevant departments.

Practical example – Innovationlands #

At Innovationlands, an employee submits an idea to improve visitor flow at a popular attraction.

The initial submission is short and unclear:

• Title: “Improve queue”
• Description: “Make waiting faster”

The AI Coach analyzes the input and suggests:

• A clearer title such as “Dynamic queue management for peak attraction hours”
• A more detailed description explaining how visitor data can optimize flow
• Assigning the idea to the “Capacity and Flow Management Team”

The user applies these suggestions, resulting in a more complete and structured idea.

Once submitted, the idea enters the funnel where it can be evaluated, scored, and potentially developed into an initiative that improves park operations.

This ensures that even early-stage ideas are strong enough to support effective Decision-making and prioritization.
